SPARK | The Conversation Continues presented by Visions Federal Credit Union, is a one-day leadership conference that offers participants an opportunity to reignite their creative impulses outside of their work environment and network with dynamic leaders from diverse background and experiences. 

SPARK speakers are top-notch leaders in their field seeking to share their insights and expertise in order to engage and encourage rising leaders, experienced leaders, and the leader in each of us. The theme of this Fall conference is to continue the conversation on how diversity, equity, access & inclusion (DEAI) will enhance business and help our community thrive.
