Grit and Gratitude is a coaching and events company led by Jerakah Heady. Jerakah is a grief empowerment coach who helps women rise above loss, trauma, and grief to become the person she is destined to be. Through coaching and hosting live pop-up events throughout the year, Jerakah helps to build community with local women and women across the country. Jerakah is also an author, and a podcast host; determined to pull back the curtain and show women that they do not have to do life alone.
