Seneca Sunrise Coffee is a local coffee roastery that has been serving Schuyler and the surrounding counties since 2015. We roast only certified organic coffee beans sourced from South and Central America, Indonesia, and Africa, offering them for retail sale and wholesale as single-origin coffees or as blends.

At our shop on Decatur Street, we offer a full to-go menu of drip coffee, hot espresso drinks and cold brew, as well as a wide selection of non-coffee beverages, such as tea, chai lattes, matcha lattes and lemonade. In addition, our cooler also holds a variety of bottled and canned beverages from New York producers. We are committed to supporting other local producers, whose products you will find on our shelves: maple syrup, honey, cheese, milk, etc. From May through October, customers can enjoy the outdoor seating in our patio area.

Our coffees are not only available in our shop and through our website; we also wholesale our coffee to other retailers and to cafes, restaurants, B&Bs, hotels, and other places that serve coffee. We will gladly work with any of our wholesale customers to create a unique signature blend or custom roasts for them.

While we no longer attend farmers markets, you may occasionally find us at larger events, such as the Grand Prix Festival in Watkins Glen and the Harvest Festival in Montour Falls.
