Session 2 - Managing Conflict, Change, and Staying Motivated led by Jeanne Eschbach. 

Jeanne Eschbach is a consultant in leadership, strategic planning, grant development, and non-profit management. A former Executive Director at SUNY Corning Community College, she brings extensive experience in higher education and community leadership. Jeanne is certified in Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® and continues to support organizations across the region through consulting and volunteer service. She is also an active volunteer with chambers of commerce and non-profit boards throughout the Southern Tier.
