Kelly, the District Superintendent at the Bath Central School District, has held leadership roles with Greater Southern Tier BOCES and Dundee and Canaseraga Central School Districts. With experience as a teacher, principal, coach, and adjunct professor for SUNY Oswego, she is dedicated to fostering student success and professional growth. Kelly also serves on several state and regional committees and enjoys spending time with her family on the water.
