We hope you’ll join us in worship at our Fresh Start Watkins Glen, one of three campuses of Pennsylvania Ave United Methodist Church (PAUMC) in Pine City, NY. Pastor Bill Vallet has been the Lead Pastor for PAUMC since 1998. Pastor Bill’s personal vision is for Fresh Start to 'cast our net on the other side of the boat;' that is, to fish in waters where people who are far from God will be attracted to come closer to the Lord and consider becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. After 22 years serving as PAUMC, Bill's vision will continue as Pastor Abigail Browka joins Fresh Start as our new pastor mid-2020.
