Greater Southern Tier (GST) BOCES is an educational cooperative that provides services to 21 school districts in Steuben, Schuyler, Chemung, Tioga, and Allegany Counties. The organization employs about 875 educators and support staff across the region. Many programs are housed at BOCES three campuses: the Bush Campus in Elmira, the Coopers Education Center in Painted Post and the Wildwood Education Center in Hornell. GST BOCES provides a wide variety of educational support services, including staff development opportunities, special education classes, technical education training for secondary students, and a wide range of services that support the management operations of school district. GST BOCES Adult Education and Training Services serves adult students in the Southern Tier of New York State and the surrounding region. Adults can train for a new career, earn a high school diploma or explore a new hobby through our courses. We also offer computer training and on-site, customized courses to meet the needs of local business and industry.
