IBEW Local 139 represents Inside Construction Electricians throughout Chemung, Steuben, Tioga, Schuyler, and Allegany Counties in New York State. Chartered since 1901, IBEW Local 139 has represented the safest, most knowledgeable, most skilled and community minded electricians within this five county region. We strive, through our apprenticeship training, to put out the best electrical workers and best service for our customers diverse needs. We are proud to be a community partner and our members are proud of their accomplishments in the Southern Tier.
