REDEC is a private not-for profit corporation that provides financing in the form of direct loans to start-up and expanding businesses located in Chemung, Schuyler, Tioga and Steuben Counties. REDEC also administers revolving loan programs for other agencies, including STREDC. In addition to financial assistance, REDEC also provided technical assistance to small businesses in the community.
