REDEC is a private not-for profit corporation that provides financing in the form of direct loans to start-up and expanding businesses located in Chemung, Schuyler and Steuben Counties. REDEC also administers revolving loan programs for other agencies, including SCOPED.In addition to financial assistance, REDEC also provided technical assistance to small businesses in the community.
