Sunset View Creamery’s artisan milk cheese is the result of five generations of dedicated family dairy farming on the same 348-acre farm that has been in the Hoffman family since 1905. For over 110 years, Hoffman Farm has nourished Finger Lakes families with top-quality milk and cheese.Our cheese varieties include Cheddar, Gouda, BelPaese, Harvati, and Heritage (a Parmesan/ Swiss blend we created), Cheese Curd and Mozzarella. Our cheeses are made with milk only from our own cows. In the summer of 2018, Sunset View Creamery became a state-certified raw milk producer. At the farm store, we currently sell 14 varieties of raw and pasteurized milk cheese, thirteen varieties of cheese curd, raw milk, locally sourced beef, free-range eggs, candies, maple syrup, honey, jams and jellies, bread, fresh veggies, coffee, tea & Ice Cream.
